My dealing with owners Brian and John over the past 8yrs is excellent. To describe them with less than 10 words” they do what they say their going to do”. Work ethic is superior. They specialize in quality metal and asphalt roofing and superior house restorations and repairs. Work done right on time and ever time! Give um call you want be sorry.

I contacted this company about a roof leak repair located around my chimney area. The company arrived with materials on site to perform the initial repairs. I was really impressed with the attitude of my service technician on site. He was more than willing to explain everything prior to beginning. I was extremely pleased!!!

I had water damage from a malfunctioning hot water heater in my townhouse. I was in an immediate response type situation, to say the least. I contacted John David Andress Construction to schedule an appointment ASAP. They responded in less than three hours and had me set up with a licensed remediation company to ensure that no mold issues began. i contacted State Farm insurance, through the guidance of this company to start the claim process. Everything was handled very promptly and professionally. I was greatly impressed!!
